When considering the thousands of miles of lines to maintain, the wooded and rugged terrain, and the friendly service provided, Jackson Energy deserves tremendously good ratings. Always found the personnel to be extremely courteous and as prompt as possible. We ve been a member since 1955. And we remember when there was no service in this area. People who complain about service / cost should spend a month in a third world country before complaining their AC didn t work for couple hours.
