A nutritionist friend has a small business. Organic, superfood, veg and vegan meals, formerly delivered to your door. Now focused on the Cincinnati film industry, providing discerning (and discretionary) clients with healthy meals while on set. He aquired some flavors from Edlong, namely cheeses. Isolated from culture, concentrated flavor that is not cheese but is WHY cheese...? AMAZING. Im talking game changing, calling-me-a-liar that it's not cheese in this dish DELICIOUS, but vegan approved... and we NEED this company right now. Elsewhere, "cheese" flavor powders found to have toxic levels of dangerous "forever" chemicals (mac and cheese, etc.), Taste and cost a barrier to entry into sustainable eating. Vegetarians, vegans, and the lactose intolerant telling me all the time how they miss cheese, and I have quite a social reach, real friends into the thousands.
