Booked this place for 4 nights at $330.00 and prior to getting here I thought we got a great deal but upon arrival and attempting to check in it was clear why the places rates were so low. Upon checking in the woman behind the desk couldn't check us in and then after 20+ minutes of waiting for a manager to help we were finally getting the ball rolling. Only to be sucked into a pitch for timeshare here. The woman lied about our responses and it ended up in them saying we had to attend the presentation until we persisted about the falsifying of our responses to her boss. The rooms themselves are pretty small and they are incredibly filthy, especially the floors. Our feet were black from the scum on the floors after being out of the shower for 5 minutes. The bathroom door did not close because of the toilet being too large. The internet was pitiful, I brought down my textbooks to finish up my semester courses online but I couldn't even get enough of an internet connection to complete my exams. They claim that the complimentary internet is enough for basic internet browsing but that's a load of BS. Upon paying 14.95 per day for "high speed" internet it didn't change and when I called them to ask about it they said that it is "up to 2x faster" meaning they could increase your speeds by 1% and it would still fit into that "up to 2x faster" category. This location engages in shady business practices and I will never stay at a Wyndham location again. If I had to point out one good thing is that it has a kitchenette in it with most of the things you would want to cook some of your meals to help cut down on costs but other than that this place was a complete disaster. The water has a very moldy taste to it, to the point that we have had to purchase bottled water just to boil to make pasta. The water is awful and smells like the decomposing bodies I saw in the service. We now have small mites crawling all over my laptop and in our luggage but the office has said they refuse to move us to another unit because we've stayed in the room overnight. Avoid this place at all costs.
