I would rate the services provided by the Parliament of Malaysia as average. The website is informative and user-friendly. However, there is room for improvement in terms of transparency and engaging with the citizens. While the efforts are noticeable, I believe more can be done to ensure effective decision-making and better services for the citizens. Overall, I am satisfied with the services but hope to see further enhancements in the future.
