Applied for a 3mo Sublease (as advertised). They ran our credit and charged us 140 application fee under false pretense . They emailed me the lease agreement that we were to sign but I caught where it said we d have 2 weeks to decide to extend the lease for a yr. that was not what was told to us when we inquired about the home. They are very pushy and to be completely honest, they were rude. I was in contact with current tenant and she informed me that they were more interested in a yrs lease. If that was the case, very unprofessional to take our money, ding our credit and drop that on us last min. Be careful when signing anything, especially a sublease. I have all emails/msgs if anyone needs to verify my complaint.
