I've never had a single bad experience here. We bought two cars here, and have taken them back for every oil change. The service is top notch, as expected from a high end dealership. Staff is always polite and accommodating.
There are times when their multi-point inspection discovers something wrong with my car. The price too fix these problems are usually much higher than I'm willing to pay, so I kindly deny the service. Even so, I have never been pressured by the rep to purchase the repair.
The waiting room is always stocked full of yummy treats and delicious coffee. Makes waiting for my car much more enjoyable compared to Grease Monkey or the like.
