I have been a customer of Susan R. Karlson Associates, Inc. dba LTC Secure for several years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they provide the necessary assistance for long-term care planning, I believe there is room for improvement. The staff is helpful but sometimes lacks attention to detail. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory.
