I recently bought a heater online and I'm mostly satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was prompt, and the heater functions as expected. However, I found the setup instructions to be a bit confusing, and it took me some time to figure them out. Also, the packaging could have been more secure as the box arrived slightly damaged. Overall, I would say it's an average experience with Ducasa.
