A bit of trouble at the beginning when we didnt have adjoining rooms with our children. which was nerve wrecking on a third floor even with amazing views. It didnt ever feel busy but we were told hotel was full. Anyway we were moved within an hour. The rest of our stay was lovely. Ivan took exceptional care of us and arranged a late check out. Resort is lovely with multiple pools to choose from all well maintained. The dead sea and mud experience a highlight. I am looking for places to buy mud here in Amsterdam. We ate at the Italian restaurant twice and really enjoyed the food.
