Carrick wines are truly a hidden gem. I stumbled upon this winery during my recent trip to New Zealand and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their wines. The Sauvignon Blanc was crisp and refreshing, while the Pinot Noir had an incredible depth of flavor. The staff at Carrick was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend visiting Carrick if you're ever in the area.
