I had a mixed experience with A&r merchants inc. The products I ordered from their website armerchants.com were great, but I had some issues with their customer service. It took a while to get a response and they weren't very helpful. However, once my issue was escalated, it was resolved quickly. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
