My experience with Kriptech systems engineering was honestly a bit disappointing. While they did manage to solve the initial problems I faced, their customer support and follow-up were lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response, and the issue dragged on longer than expected. I hope they improve their communication and support in the future.
