I recently had the pleasure of using Crocus Travel during my visit to New Delhi, India. I must say that I had an average experience with them. The booking process was smooth but the customer service could have been better. The staff was not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping. However, the tour itself was well organized and the guide was knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience.
