EMS people were very rude... my family and I were in a time of crisis when we felt the need to call 911, and the young EMS were laughing at us at arrival and very unprofessional. I asked for their names to call and complain to Life Link and they questioned me and refused to give me their names- again, rude and unprofessional. The refused to let anyone in the ambulance with my sister in her time of crisis when she was obviously frightened and hysterical. However, i do thank them for helping my family.
