Months ago had a experience when i took my car to get serviced. Had some minor repairs done to my rear bumper from a bicycle putting a mark on my car. Went to the Register desk per usual to check out grab my keys and they pulled up my car. I left and I thought that went well. 6 months later I get a phone call saying they never got my payment and never charged me. Now i have to pay 1100 dollars that i did not budget paying for this month. Quite the shocker. Wish they could of ran their own paperwork correctly and not caused such a bad experience and finical burden right after Christmas. Or perhaps realize within say a week or a month, not SIX months that they made such a huge mistake.
