I recently had the opportunity to work with Owens Michael and overall, I had an okay experience. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were some areas where I think they could improve. The website was a bit difficult to navigate and the information provided was not always clear. However, the products they offer are of good quality and the pricing is reasonable. I would consider using their services again, but I hope they make some improvements in terms of user experience.
