I recently used ERT Systems for my home security needs and I must say, their service was average. The technician arrived on time and installed the system efficiently. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. They were not very responsive when I had questions and it took a long time to get a resolution to my issues. Overall, I would rate them as average.
