The company website is quite impressive, easy to use and navigate. However, the customer service needs improvement. The representatives seem disinterested in helping, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience with BTL Portugal as average. I hope they work on enhancing their customer service to provide a better customer experience.
