I had a mixed experience with Horizon Video, INC. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were disappointing. The video quality was good, but the pricing was slightly higher than I expected. The customer support was helpful, but at times, it took a while to get a response. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this company.
