I had a generally good experience with Preferred Seating Company. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. The customer service representative I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the seats I originally selected were not available, but the representative was able to find comparable seats for me. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
