I have been a customer of D And B Worldwide, INC for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide a wide range of products, the quality is not always consistent. There have been times when I received defective items or items that did not match the description. The customer service is also just average, as it is sometimes difficult to get a quick response or a satisfactory solution to any issues I may have. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
