Ate at the Bistro. Service was quick and friendly. Had the salmon with seasonal veggies. Salmon was tasteless, accompanying pesto sauce was bland. Veggies were fine.

Had the Snickers ice cream cake for dessert. It was delicious. My white had the dark chocolate fondant which was excellent. Perfectly baked with a liquid centre. But it came with a vanilla ice cream scoop that tasted very cheap and icy.

With a little more care in the food this would warrant a 5-star.
