I have been a customer of this tech company for quite some time now. Their services are average, but they could definitely be improved. The website is easy to use, but there are a few glitches that need fixing. The product selection is good, but I feel that the prices are a bit high. The customer support is helpful, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. Overall, Gruppobpc is decent, but there is room for improvement.
