I bought a virgin mobile modem to use on the go. It didn't work!! I carried it back to WalMart 3 hours later and received a refund for the modem but was told they couldn't refund the 50.00 card I had purchased. I would have to go through Virgin Mobile. I called and was told to mail the card to Virgin Mobile at their 10 Independence Blvd #200 in Warren, NJ 07059-2730 location and in about 2 months I would receive a refund. I didn't and called back after 60 days and was told I would receive no refund. Evidently there is a statute of limitations they were trying to get around so they could steal the money I paid for nothing...I suggest nobody do business with this company. You WILL regret it!!
