I am very disappointed with the customer service. I contacted customer service and spoke with a very professional note taker, Sarah, who is responsible for noting your concern and then passing it up. I have yet to receive a return call. Evergreen changed my power company without consulting me and passed on all my personal info to this company without my permission. I learned of this cage via post card from the new company and it was sent on the day after I could reject the switch. Warning, Evergreen has shared my personal info without my knowledge or consent and will not return my phone calls.
