It's a luxury hotel alright, but the staff is ill ...

It's a luxury hotel alright, but the staff is ill prepared and some of them could be quite rude. For instance:

- you will hardly find someone in the staff to direct you to a bathroom. Somehow, they didn't know were the bathrooms were, on the 1st level.

- the bellboy at the main entrance is a piece of work. He will get very angry at you, if you hail the nearest taxi, instead of walking in the melting snow / rain to their (granted) nearby taxi parking that only allows certain, "approved" taxi companies. Because of this lack of judgement on my part, I was also kind of "unofficially banned" from the hotel, by the bellboy. That's alright because I wasn't planning on coming back anyway.

So that's my experience at the Marriott in Bucharest. Hope it's useful.
