I have tried repeatedly to use this website, only to find that the online features only work during business hours or not at all. Why have an online feature that only works during business hours? Then when you go back during business hours, it doesn't work at all when you try to access the features (like filing a claim or actual hours of operations). Another waste of taxpayer dollars, especially when everyone is forced to used the system.
