I've been a customer of Tracy Federal Credit Union for several years now and I have to say, their service has been average at best. The website is not the most user-friendly and the customer support could use improvement. However, the rates on their loans and credit cards are competitive, so that's a plus. Overall, I would rate Tracy Federal Credit Union as average.
