I was really disappointed at my initial appt. it's like robbery; nearly 150 dollars for a lady to sit there ask you questions and then half an hour later be told someone will call you. That could of easily been done through an intake questionnaire and not once was I told about what my counselling may look like, what to expect, type of therapy etc. It's the strangest system. The worse part is you need to submit the name of an actual psychologist to receive benefits which means you pay top dollar for non psychologist to do your intake. The location is also terrible to get to; tones of construction and I was literally half hour early and by the time I found a place to park and get to KMA I was twenty minutes late for my appt.
I'm sure they offer decent counselling but you do feel it run more as a "business" with great marketing as oppose to a cozy friendly place that you feel comfortable attending.
