Tim Mccool Review of New Era Recruiting

A week ago one of their sales reps contacted me for a job (chris). He asked if I was interested in a position. We both established that the pay was not acceptable to me. He then confirmed my email address and asked me to forward my resume to him. I said that I don't just email my resume to random recruiters, he annoyingly asked, "WHY?". I started to explain why and the individual hung up the phone on me.
- yes this irritated me, however I was going to leave it alone.
The following Monday (Chris) called me back. Pitched the same job, didn't even realize that it was me. I immediately asked for a supervisor or manager. He was reluctant to put one on, however I demanded to speak with a higher authority to report what he'd done.
A gentleman who identified himself as the CEO, (matt). Got on the phone. As I stated to explain what Chris had done the previous week, Matt interrupted me and said the following, "i don't think you'll be a good fit for our company, you seem to be high maintenance and a trouble maker! " then he hung up the phone on me.
If this is how their recruiters are treating potential employees, who by the way earn the money for the company, then i would assume that they treat their employees worse.
Take caution in dealing with this company at all. I've blocked all their numbers and reported them to career builder, monster jobs and the better business bureau.
