I had a mixed experience with Travel Square One/Altour. While some aspects of their service were excellent, others left something to be desired. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. However, I found the prices to be quite high compared to other travel agencies, and the customer service could have been more responsive. Overall, I would rate them as average.
