Usually love Northern Quest Resort, and we stay there often, but our last stay was gross. Gross is an understatement. We visited the day after Valentine s and it was obvious who ever had the room prior to us had a great time as evident by the multiply sticky surfaces and unknown fluids in the shower and on the mirrors. We had to call house keeping to re-clean the room and even they were grossed out. The furniture was all busted up and the leg of the desk and door to the entertainment armoire looked close to falling off. Maintenance just shrugged and noted the issue so we wouldn t be blamed for it. The good news is my hair was super conditioned since it was the only option, no shampoo. I paid full price for this room and could have probably had a cleaner and better maintained room at a lower end motel. The front desk did not seem bothered by our less than stellar room experience. Very disappointed.
