ZERO STARS! Delta Dental Of Michigan is either lazy or incompetent and by far the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with as an insurance administrator at my dental clinic. They REFUSE to answer any eligibility questions over the phone and require that providers only gather eligibility information via their automated phone system, DAISY. DAISY as a system is heavily flawed (cuts in and out, stops talking mid-sentence only to ask me to repeat myself when I have not even spoken) and provides VERY minimal information. When I was unable to pull up a patient through the automated system because of an error on their own part, the rep refused to speak a word to me about eligibility. If I cant pull up a plan on your website OR your automated system because NEITHER WORK, what am I supposed to do? This is ridiculous - if I could recommend employers to never choose this plan, I would!
