We just started hospice so I tell if everything is this good. My mom privately owned hospital bed broke and hospice got one out right away. Tim the driver that delivers the beds made it a quick and easy process. He went out of his way to be helpful (we tried to tip him he wouldn't take a penny!) He is a rockstar in his part of a noble profession!Thank You!
