Bought a used RAV4 from Domingo...he was great, but the wait trying to get into finance was horrible! We got there at 9:00 am, looked at the car for about five minutes, took a 10-minute test drive, filled out paperwork for about another 10-minutes and waited for over two hours to get into finance!! We came a long way to visit this dealership, already knew the car we wanted, got there early to avoid delay and still didn't get out of there until 12:45pm...rediculous.
On top of that I get an email when I get home offering me a $50 Visa card to take a test drive! We were never offered that perk and I'm very upset about the neglect.
