I recently purchased a product from their website. The website was easy to navigate and find what I needed. The product arrived on time as promised. However, I found the product quality to be just average. 🤨 I had expected a bit more considering the price. The customer service was responsive but not overly helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not outstanding. I might consider giving them a second chance in the future, but they would need to step up their product quality and customer service to earn a higher rating from me.
