I have been using Doves Home Care for a few months...

I have been using Doves Home Care for a few months now, and overall, I am satisfied with their service. The caregivers are generally attentive and provide good care. However, there have been a few instances of miscommunication between the caregivers and the office staff, which caused some inconvenience. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts and dedication to their work.
