Just wanted to give a 5 star review for Mark Platt who helped us transfer our phone sysytem to UK IT Networks from BT. The whole thing was a nightmare as BT seemed to make it as awkward as possible- but Mark persevered and dealt with everything calmly and proffessionally. We are now fully up and running and very happy with our new service. Thank you Mark
