Had my first infusion at Biotek today -- what a wonderful experience. Tracy did a great job inserting the IV -- I didn't even feel it (I had to look to see if she was done). The team was very friendly and caring from the first phone conversation to schedule the appointment, to receiving the infusion and then scheduling my next appointment in six months.

I highly recommend this infusion center.
