I recently hired the building contractor from their website for a renovation project. The process from start to finish was smooth, and the contractor was easy to communicate with. However, I expected a bit more attention to detail and proactive problem-solving from the team. The final result was acceptable but not exceptional. It would have been great to see a bit more creativity and initiative in the design and execution. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in providing a more personalized and innovative approach to their services. I would consider giving them another chance in the future to see if there's been any progress. 🏗️
