Not a good experience with this club. Chaotic design and poor after-sales / support. There are very good alternatives. After two years of misery switched to another. Everything immediately worked the way it was supposed to.

Thank you for your (quick) response, Madeleine. Nice that you respond, but we are well adjusted now. I'd like to leave it that way. But compliments that you are so on top of this. Undoubtedly there are success stories, but I think people should know that things don't go that well sometimes. Sometimes even disastrous. I would also like to leave it at that.
