I have been a customer of Aermach Ltd for the past two years and I must say their service is average. While they deliver on time and their products are of decent quality, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. There have been numerous occasions where I've had to contact them with issues or concerns, and it always feels like pulling teeth to get a response. It's frustrating and definitely something they need to improve on.
