One of their sales guys was in the neighborhood and came to my house. Recently purchased and there were some issues with the gutters. Scheduled for a meeting to see what really needed to be done. Corey and Brad were a very personable team. While wanting to get to the nitty gritty they really wanted to get to know the homeowner. They didn't try to sell me on getting replacements on things I didn't need which was very appreciated. We settled on replacing all the old helmet gutters on the house alone. The garage was fine. In about 2 months a 2 man team came out to do the replacement. They asked me questions and wanted to address concerns before getting started, they didn't want to do anything that wasn't previously arranged. Made sure the job was more than satisfactory before leaving. We've had a few good rains since then and have yet to have any issues with overspill/flow direction that will cause foundation issues or negative grading. The cost of getting the job done was more expensive than doing it oneself. I am, however, more than happy to pay a little more for the peace of mind, experience and quality service.
