I have been a customer for years and have to keep asking for a refund because one item was overlooked. It's now been almost a month and I keep getting additional questions or am simply ignored. When you try the chat, they simply disconnect if you are not from the UK. Luckily it's only a small amount of money, but I will now spend my hard-earned money elsewhere.
