Love the changes that have been made to this bank in the last 3 months!! Better location! Nice people! Change my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star!!

Employees at the front were extremely nice but could use some more training. Keep up the great changes!!

This is the only City Bank in Houston. It takes me 30 minutes to drive to this bank in more times than not they can t do what I need them to do. I like to change my debit card every few years and there s always something wrong. City bank is a great bank in Dallas and up in the Panhandle area but this particular City bank is the stepchild of all City banks. I hate changing banks but it looks like that s what I need to do.
