The services provided by Importadora rsg ltda. are very average. I was not impressed with their customer service. The response time was slow and it took ages to get a resolution. The products they sell are of decent quality but nothing exceptional. Overall, I wouldn't say they are terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement.
