I am a customer of Wikap and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their products is good, but not outstanding. The customer service is alright, they respond to inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. However, I feel like they could be more proactive in addressing customer concerns. Overall, Wikap is a decent company to do business with.
