Crossfit Synapse is absolutely fantastic! The workouts are challenging but the coaches are there every step of the way to guide you and make sure you're doing everything correctly. The community here is amazing, everyone is so welcoming and supportive. The facility itself is clean and well-equipped. I can't recommend Crossfit Synapse enough!
