Over the term of
My lease which will be maturing at the end of this year I have had terrible experiences with the service department. They are rude, dismissive and completely unorganized.
My car was returned 48hours after initially realesibg it, for a simple recall that was completed within five hours of receieving the vehicle.
I have spoken to several reps asking the GM to call me about this and yet to hear anything. They never even gave my car a wash. Terrible service
