Patti Alvarado is exemplary in her skills in listening and negotiations with seller and others involved in buying a home. She remained flexible with her time even though our time was limited. She answered all our concerns throughout the process anytime of day. She exhibited incredible knowledge in the process of buying our home and was willing to learn with us as she guided us through each step keeping us on schedule. She was our voice of calm, confidence and asuredness when the process got difficult due to other's apathy and irresponsible mistakes. She gave excellent advice and references to the other needed services for buying a home. The quality of her service is bar none the best in the industry.
